It’s a celebration of coastal flavors with a fine-dining touch: Expertly pan-seared grouper served over a silky cauliflower purée, paired with tender roasted green beans and topped with a house-made roasted tomato relish for brightness. A delicate prosciutto crisp crowns the dish, adding a perfect note of savory crunch.
