House prime beef, veal, and Italian sausage slow-braised in San Marzano tomato sauce with fresh herbs.
Prime Beef Wontons
Ground tenderloin, ginger, charred kimchi, sweet soy reduction, miso aioli, and pickled carrots.
Ahi Tuna
Sushi-grade tuna, avocado, cucumber, wasabi crème, sriracha aioli, aged soy, and wonton chips.

Chicken Roulade
Stuffed with cream cheese, spinach, and artichokes, wrapped in prosciutto and finished with lemon pepper velouté.
Tenderloin Beef Tips
Finished in black garlic gravy and served with buttery whipped potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Grilled and topped with lobster cognac sauce, served with risotto and fresh vegetables.
Kurobuta Pork Chop
